As the experience shows the bigger the project the bigger public attention received. Especially from areas closest to location of a project. This includes social groups as well as political units.
Unfortunately, the initial perception and approach are usually of a negative nature. This is usually initiated by two main factors: unprovoked, unjustified hostility towards any kind of business or new ideas in general (sadly, that is very much the case in Lithuania) and fear of changes (the dynamics of a familiar life will be interupted by such things like noise and someone will benefit at the expense of the quality of their lives). Sometimes, both of those fears are encouraged by ceratin political groups or rivals. This is especially noticeable before elections.
We do have an experience when dealing with problematic situations where changing hostile opinion and reactions is essential.
We do grasp the essense of public relations and how to engage it in order to remove the obstacles.
We also know how crucial is prevention at the right time.
The matter of fact is that just because you haven‘t got into trouble with your project yet doesn‘t mean you are immune to it in the future.
Initiating communication and providing information to the public will enable you to create an image of a company or organization you want. In addition, if the crisis hits, you already know the community and have a strong reputable foundation in a public eye.
Effective communication – a safety shield of your reputation.
